Riggs is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to lead onboarding and recruitment efforts while supporting core HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is passionate about creating a seamless onboarding and overall employee experience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Standing, walking and meeting activities are required frequently throughout the workday. Employee must be able to process paperwork and utilize office equipment (including computer, phone, etc.). A large portion of the day is spent communicating orally in person and by phone. Normal sight or corrected vision is required to read documents and use standard computer equipment and programs.

  • Manage onboarding workflows to ensure a smooth new hire experience
  • Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions
  • Coordinate and support full-cycle recruitment efforts
  • Partner with hiring managers to post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews

Employee Experience & Support

  • Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, and HR policies
