The People Operations Executive at Sumerge ensures smooth, compliant, and efficient HR processes that support employees and safeguard the organization. This role manages HR policies, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and reporting, while fostering a consistent and positive employee experience across all offices. Responsibilities Govern people policies (working hours, attendance, leave, travel, flexible work, etc.) Manage HRIS, employee records, and documentation Oversee payroll processing and compliance with local labor laws Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics and contracts Handle employee relations, grievances, and policy adherence Deliver HR reporting, audits, and process improvements Ensure operational consistency across regional offices Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field 5-7 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
