Description

WELCOME TO THE VIDEO FIRST WORLD!

From your everyday PowerPoint presentations to Hollywood movies, AI will transform the way we create and consume content. Today, people want to watch and listen, not read — both at home and at work. If you’re reading this and nodding, brand video.
Despite the clear preference for video, communication and knowledge sharing in the business environment are still dominated by text, largely because high-quality video production remains complex and challenging to scale—until now….

JOIN THE ROCKET SHIP WHILE IT’S TAKING OFF!

As a People Operations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things operational in the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with our Talent, Security, and IT teams to ensure new joiners are set up for success, keep our People systems running smoothly, and drive operational excellence across every touchpoint of an employee’s journey.
This is an ideal role for someone who’s comfortable working independently or in a small team and has had some exposure to working with EU locations and EORs. You’ll enjoy being hands-on, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about People Ops and who brings a systems-thinking mindset to how we support and scale our employee experience. If you naturally seek out better ways of doing things, question how things have always been done and like being close to the detail, you’ll thrive here.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a People Operations, HR Coordinator/Specialist, or similar role within a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently or in a small team, with a wide scope of responsibilities
  • Strong working knowledge of the employee lifecycle and UK employment practices
  • Experience supporting teams across EU countries, with awareness of local compliance and cultural nuances
  • High attention to detail and a love of efficient, structured processes
  • Comfortable with HR tools, (HiBob experience is a huge plus) and excited by opportunities to improve systems and automate workflows
  • Empathetic, clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
  • Interest in internal communications - you care not only about delivering great People work, but also how it’s shared, received, and understood by employees
  • Passionate about the potential of AI in People Operations and excited to work on forward-thinking projects
  • Naturally proactive - looking for ways to streamline, support, and delight across every employee touchpoint
  • Resourceful - we don’t expect you to have all the answers, but you know how to find things out!
