YOUR POTENTIAL BACKGROUND

We’re looking for someone with experience from the following:

  • Relevant HR education and 3+ years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably within an international environment.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
  • Proven experience in building and developing core people processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.

Due to the sensitivity of our work, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are now looking for an People Operations Specialist to join our People & Culture team, covering a 12-month maternity leave. In this role, you will drive key people processes, manage our HR systems and tools, conduct people analytics, and provide support to managers and employees on various HR topics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As People Operations Specialist, your main focus will be:

  • Managing HR systems (HRIS and other tools), ensuring continuous improvements, configurations, and training.
  • Developing and maintaining key people processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
  • Coordinating annual salary reviews and conducting equal pay audits.
  • Managing regular employee engagement surveys, including analytics.
  • Overseeing employee documentation, such as employment contracts, addendums and other employment records.
  • Analyzing people data to deliver actionable insights and providing regular reporting on HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

You will be part of a team of nine and report directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer.
