Job Details Job Location: CORPORATE - Atlanta, GA Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Category: Health Care Description The Talent Sourcer plays a key role in building strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates for TEG. The Talent Sourcer partners closely with People Operations and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Identify, source, and engage potential candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry events. Conduct initial candidate outreach and communication to assess interest and alignment with role requirements. Build, maintain, and organize talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and forecasted roles. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position qualifications, competencies, and hiring needs. Track candidate interactions and sourcing activity through the applicant tracking system (ATS). Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and sourcing metrics. Support employer brand initiatives, including job postings, messaging, and online presence. Ensure all sourcing and communication practices reflect a positive candidate experience. Stay current on labor market trends, competitor hiring activities, and emerging sourcing tools. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or related talent support roles (internal or agency). Strong research, networking, and communication skills. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing extensions, or ATS platforms. Ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines simultaneously. Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience sourcing within healthcare or clinical environments. Familiarity with behavioral or competency-based interview practices. Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments. Experience with Paycom is preferred.
