Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Omni is scaling fast, and we’re making our first dedicated People & Recruiting hire. We need a builder—someone who thrives in ambiguity, balances strategy with execution, and wants to own the full employee experience from hiring through retention. You’ll lead recruiting, people ops, and culture initiatives, with a direct line to leadership and a chance to shape the function as we grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Talent Acquisition

  • Own recruiting operations across IC and senior-level searches.
  • Partner with Finance and functional leaders to build and adapt hiring plans.
  • Deliver a consistent, top-tier candidate experience.

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Collaborate with Finance on global compensation benchmarking and planning.
  • Manage benefits offerings across our international workforce.
  • Liaise with PEO/EOR partners and external HR advisors to ensure compliance in all jurisdictions.
