XP Power is home to a dynamic team of around 70 professionals across Engineering, Finance, and Business Systems. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a passionate People & Organisation Manager (P&O) to help shape the future of our Philippines operations. In this role, you’ll lead the design and implementation of HR strategies that drive our growth agenda. From creating an exceptional onboarding experience to fostering engagement and building talent capability, you’ll play a key role in cultivating a collaborative, high-performing culture. Your expertise in Philippine employment legislation will ensure our policies and practices remain compliant, while your strategic mindset will position you as a trusted advisor to the business. Key Responsibilities Partner with Leadership: Work closely with local leaders to align HR initiatives with XP Power Philippines’ growth plan and provide strategic HR advice. Recruitment Execution: Manage the full recruitment cycle—source candidates, post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline: Drive employer branding activities, build university partnerships through career talks and fairs, and maintain an active network of potential talent in the Philippines. Onboarding Management: Execute end-to-end onboarding, including paperwork completion, technology setup, background checks, and medical/drug tests to ensure a smooth start for new hires. Employee Engagement: Plan and organize engagement activities such as town halls, lunch-and-learn sessions, bonding events and team-building programs. HR Administration: Handle insurance renewals, respond to employee queries, maintain accurate personnel files, and ensure compliance with local employment laws. Payroll & Compliance: Reconcile and validate timesheets and payroll inputs for processing by the third-party provider, ensure timely payroll and statutory payments. Performance & Grievance Management: Act as the point of contact for performance management processes and handle employee grievances professionally. Compensation & Benefits: Support annual salary review, advise on pay structures, and ensure competitive and compliant practices. Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and build organizational capability. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws and HR practices. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to confidentiality. Self-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders locally and globally. Experience managing both on-site and remote teams.
