WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years of experience in fast-paced environment (Consulting, Start-up etc.) or 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner who wants to go the next step (professional experience in People & Org/HR topics is appreciated but not needed).
Track record in managing cross-functional, large-scale initiatives with measurable business impact.
Passion for people and organizational topics and the ambition to build the world’s best organization (experience in change management and driving cultural transformation initiatives is appreciated).
Talent for strategic thinking and analysing situations, with the ability to simplify complex information and come up with practical recommendations.
Great communication and people skills, enabling you to build relationships and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholder to have an impact on the business
A good intuition for people as well as an analytical mind to analyse data
Proven track record of getting things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good organizational abilities and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks at once.
You can work independently and take the lead, while also being a team player who collaborates effectively with others.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Emma’s Chief People & Org Officer to drive the People & Organization strategy and execute initiatives to bring Emma as an organization to the next level.
Develop and execute strategic projects for our People and the Organisation related topics, such as performance assessment, compensation, workforce management & planning and engagement.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders from all departments and drive cross-departmental projects that have an impact on almost 1000 employees across the globe.
Act as part of your job as a strategic Business Partner to get first-hand insights on the impact of your strategic projects for the business and the people who drive it.
