As part of the People & Talent organisation, you will support the Warsaw Global Business Services (GBS) hub, delivering high‑quality, compliant, and employee‑focused HR services. This is a hands‑on HR Generalist role with strong operational responsibility. You will manage end‑to‑end HR processes, own local recruitment delivery, and oversee outsourced payroll operations, acting as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in Poland. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR‑related topics. Manage the full employee lifecycle in Poland: onboarding and contracts amendments and promotions absences, sickness, parental leaves performance and disciplinary support terminations and offboarding Apply Polish Labour Code in day‑to‑day practice, ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. Support employee relations cases with a pragmatic, business‑focused approach. Recruitment & Workforce Support Own end‑to‑end recruitment for the Warsaw Shared Services organisation. Partner with hiring managers on role definition, hiring strategy, and market insights. Coordinate interview processes, offers, and onboarding. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to support attraction and retention in a competitive SSC market. Payroll & Benefits – Outsourced Model Oversee outsourced payroll and benefits administration in cooperation with an external payroll provider. Validate payroll accuracy, review calculations, and ensure timely processing. Act as the key interface between the business and payroll vendor on: ZUS PIT PPK benefits administration Actively support the payroll provider transition, including coordination, testing, issue resolution, and stabilization. Ensure payroll processes remain compliant with Polish legal and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement Build strong working relationships with local managers and global HR stakeholders. Support audits, internal controls, and reporting requirements. Identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery and processes within the GBS model. Contribute to engagement and retention initiatives. Qualifications & Experience 3–6 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role within Poland (SSC / corporate environment preferred). Proven experience managing an outsourced payroll provider (mandatory). Strong working knowledge of: Polish labour law payroll and social security regulations employee lifecycle administration Demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented Shared Services environment. University degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, or related field or relevant experience. Strong attention to detail and high service orientation. Confident, proactive, and solution‑oriented (“can‑do” mindset). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
