  • Relevant prior experience in a HR Business Partner / similar role
  • Effective stakeholder, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • High level oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate large/complex organisational structures and manage change
  • Experience delivering on key people cycles (Colleague Engagement, Talent Review, Performance & Remuneration Review)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand, interpret and analyse data
  • Solid presentation skills and ability to drive discussions at senior level
  • Project management and organisational skills
