JOB DESCRIPTION

Danfoss Climate Solution HR is seeking a proactive and business-oriented People Partner with a strong HR toolbox. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees in Kazakhstan, Serbia and Croatia. You will join EER DCS HR team of dedicated HR professionals and collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner securing the execution of the HR strategy. You will be the main contact for people-related topics for leaders.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, business, or related fields with 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner roles, with expertise in process implementation, change management, and transformational leadership.
  • Empathetic, with skills in coaching, relationship-building, and influencing others.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to navigate competing priorities in a matrix environment.
  • Knowledge of English and Russian language as a must condition.
  • Knowledge of labor law of any Kazakhstan, Serbia or Croatia, would be advantage.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Acts as a go-to trusted advisor, business HR liaison, coach and change agent for leaders, handling tactical people issues and topics.
  • Has a deep understanding of local business priorities and contributes to local strategy.
  • Proactively monitors local business needs and uses data and analytics to understand the needs, translate them into people strategies, influence decisions, drive performance and achieve objectives within a region/country/site.
  • Guides, coaches, develops and supports leaders/people managers on people topics, enhancing the employee experience.
  • Together with leaders collaborates on employee development, ensuring key workforce skills and capabilities are identified and developed to meet future market demand and business needs.
  • Aligns priorities with HRBPs and ensure consistent support across the HR organization.
  • Collaborate with leaders to promote company culture, engagement, and an inclusive work environment.
  • Ensures compliance with local employment laws and be a point of contact for payroll outsourcing company (Kazakhstan).
