THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic People Partner to take on this comprehensive HR role covering all aspects of human resources and associated administration. This position offers genuine variety and the chance to work across all levels of the business, from strategic planning to day-to-day operational support.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the development and implementation of company-wide training and personal development strategy
  • Work with the Commercial Director to ensure alignment between HR strategy and business goals
  • Provide expert advice on employee benefits and workplace policies
  • Share HR best practice with managers across the business
  • Keep abreast with current HR legislation and ensure compliance
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
  • Ensure employee contracts and job descriptions remain current and up-to-date
  • Support recruitment strategy and process including placing adverts and managing documentation
  • Develop job descriptions and organise new staff inductions and annual reviews
  • Manage and record monthly staff movement data for Finance Department and payroll stakeholders
  • Administer and coordinate employee relations casework including dispute resolution, disciplinary, grievance, absence and retirement matters
  • Maintain accurate records of relevant meetings and incidents across the business
  • Communicate progress with stakeholders throughout recruitment and HR processes
