And most importantly… because we’re just that AWESOME! 😎 What You'll Do Lead end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio (NSW/QLD), owning and influencing hiring outcomes and building strong pipelines of high-quality talent Partner with leaders to build high-performing and effective teams – providing expert guidance on recruitment, performance, and people practices Elevate the hiring experience, ensuring every candidate journey is engaging, efficient, and aligned to Funlab’s brand Coach and enable people leaders; build capability in hiring, performance conversations, and employee lifecycle management; deliver training across recruitment, disciplinary processes, and acceptable workplace behaviours Deliver a seamless employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit, ensuring positive and consistent experiences Build strong relationships across the business acting as a trusted partner who brings clarity, energy, and solutions Prepare employment documentation; ensure compliance with rights to work, WWCC, and other regulatory requirements Spot opportunities for continuous improvement – continuously refining recruitment strategy, processes, and the overall people experience What You've Got Degree in HR, or an HR major, or relevant qualification or industry experience Strong people-partnering foundation with experience supporting leaders on HR and employee matters Strong communication skills, able to influence, coach and build trust across all levels of the business Excellent organisation and prioritisation, managing multiple roles, stakeholders, and deadlines A relationship-first mindset, with a genuine passion for people and their development Experience using HR systems/ATS platforms High attention to detail, ensuring compliance and process integrity across recruitment and HR activity Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business! Responsibilities
