Position Title: People Partner Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia Role Purpose The People Partner for Australia and Singapore play a critical role in enabling the success of the Australian and Singapore businesses by acting as the key point of contact for all people-related topics. This role supports leaders and colleagues across the region, ensuring alignment with our global People strategy while tailoring support to the unique needs of the Australian and Singapore markets. As part of the wider Global Business Partnering Team, the People Partner delivers core cyclical processes with support from Global Function People Leads, partners with the local leadership team on the annual people plan, supports employee relations matters, and oversees key areas including performance, engagement, pay review, and local compliance (including immigration and visa requirements). This role contributes significantly to creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Summary Acts as standalone People Partner for the Australian and Singapore businesses, providing guidance and support across all people topics. Supports the delivery of key cyclical processes for Australia and Singapore including: Annual pay review Performance management cycle Engagement survey follow-up and action planning Partner with the Regional Senior leadership team to design, deliver, and monitor the annual people plan. Partner with Global People function leads to support on consistent delivery across all business units. Provide expert advice on employee relations, supporting managers with casework, investigations, and resolution. Manage local immigration and visa processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders in conjunction with NCC Group’s global mobility external advisors. Support the development of local organisational design, role clarity, and workforce planning. Drive delivery of local people-related projects aligned to global and regional priorities. Collaborate closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Reward, and other specialist teams to ensure seamless delivery. Champion inclusive leadership and role-model our Ways of Working. Support People data accuracy, reporting, and insights to inform local decision-making. Ensure compliance with Australian and Singapore employment legislation and internal policies. What we are looking for in you Experience as an HR / People Advisor / Junior HRBP or similar HR role. Strong understanding of Australian and Singapore employment legislation. Ability to navigate and manage employee relations issues with confidence. Experience delivering cyclical HR processes. Strong ability to influence and build trusted relationships with leaders. Skilled at presenting and translating complex information clearly to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability. Flexibility to join later calls / attend online meetings with colleagues in UK, Europe, NA etc. Desired: Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation. Knowledge of visa and immigration processes in Australia and Singapore. CIPD / AHRI (in Australia) (or equivalent HR qualification) is advantageous but not essential.
