ROLE: People Partner LOCATION: Mumbai, India (Hybrid) A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE: Are you passionate about People, growth, learning and inclusion? This role is for you! We are looking for a People Partner to join the People Asia Pacific team, manging talent management, employee relations and business partnering. This role will also look at process improvement for People Team and work closely with the COEs to strive for results. The People Partner will oversee specific countries within the Asia Pacific region to support the leaders, managers and employees across the business with People needs. The role has a combination of hands-on operational tasks mixed with project work. As a People function, we are growing and evolving to be able to deliver a value- added people first service. You need to have good employment laws knowledge. This role would be suitable for someone who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING: Build deep personalized relationships with leadership stakeholder team and employees, and proactively support our people through their life, career and project experiences. Work closely with the stakeholders to understand the business/practice strategy and current performance. Proactively provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development, based on a strong understanding of a person’s interests and aspirations and knowledge Providing sound and timely HR advice on policy, process, employment law and best practice. This includes, but is not limited to: probationary reviews, absence management, the disciplinary process; handling grievances, performance management, the redundancy and transfer of employment process and payroll. Be a trusted partner who is ‘under the skin’ of the business but able to take a step back to ensure alignment with wider people objectives and initiatives Interpret metrics and data and draw insights to support line management in making robust people and business decisions Lead on projects WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE: A problem solver with a resourceful mind.
