  • Solid experience (15+ years) in HR roles such as HR Generalist, Labor Relations/Employee Relations, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor laws and HR practices.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships across various levels and work collaboratively with business leadership, HR and employees.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills oriented to business needs.
  • Strong organizational, time management and communication skills in both German and English.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a seasoned strategic and hands-on HR professional with a passion for driving and implementing people initiatives in a dynamic, multinational environment? In context of succession planning we look for a well-rounded Personalleitung/People Partner to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues from all HR functions to implement people strategies that foster a productive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and implement the execution of HR initiatives across Germany for all business groups. This includes planning, consultation, communication, and delivery within the local framework and a business mindset
  • Act as a liaison with Workers’ Councils and ensure alignment with local labor laws and labor relations practices.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs and services tailored to local requirements.
  • Provide consultation on HR topics such as compliance and policies, employee relations, compensation, talent development and staffing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR processes and initiatives i.e. digitalization and future of work
  • Contribute to equity, inclusion, and employee engagement efforts across the organization.
