We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Proven HR expertise in a People Business Partner or HR Manager role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment such as a start-up or scale-up
  • Leadership experience – whether you’ve led a team or mentored others, you bring a supportive, coaching-led approach that helps people thrive
  • Confident handling of complex ER matters across large teams, with hands-on experience managing investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues from start to finish
  • Trusted advisor status – you know how to build strong relationships across the business, using your coaching, collaboration, and influencing skills to support and guide effectively
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels and drive improvements in how we work
  • A keen eye for spotting opportunities to streamline processes and implement meaningful, positive change
  • The ability to balance day-to-day delivery with strategic thinking – you’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are leading long-term initiatives
  • A genuine passion for role-modelling inclusivity and equity, helping to create a workplace where everyone can be their best selves
  • Confidence in using data to inform decisions and drive change
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft tools and quick to adapt to new systems and technologies
