The Role Reporting to the General Manager – People & Culture, this role is a true business partnering position—balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to: Build capability, confidence, and leadership effectiveness Drive engagement, performance, and culture initiatives Provide expert advice on employee relations and people strategy Use data and insights to influence decisions and outcomes This is a role where you’ll have real impact, helping shape how we scale while maintaining a strong, values-driven culture. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing practical and timely HR guidance Coach and influence leadership on performance, engagement, and team dynamics Support workforce planning, succession, and talent strategies Lead and manage ER matters, including investigations and complex cases Drive performance and capability frameworks across teams Implement and embed people initiatives aligned to business strategy Enhance onboarding and overall employee experience About You You’re a confident and commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a partnering role. You’ll bring: 3–5+ years’ experience in a HR Business Partnering role Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ER/IR practices Proven ability to coach and influence leaders Experience managing complex employee matters end-to-end A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field are desirable but not essential.
