People Partner RBNZ are looking for a proven People Partner to join the People Partnering team on a fixed term basis. Fixed term role or Secondment until end of August, Parental leave cover Senior people partnering role that is key in supporting our workplace experience Wellington or Auckland based role with flexible working options Te tūranga – The role Reporting to the Manager People Partnering, you will join a team focused on enhancing the workplace experience at Te Putea Matua. By fostering collaboration, leadership development, and employee engagement, we aim to build a high-performance culture. You’ll leverage your experience to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting key decisions and initiatives as a trusted partner, providing coaching and guidance aligned with people and enterprise strategic priorities. A key aspect of your role will be to work closely with stakeholder groups to plan and deliver deliberate uplift in people leader capability across people and culture related matters and processes. Through deep understanding of the stakeholder groups, you will also work with senior leaders to proactively anticipate challenges and deliver strategic solutions that support business goals. Ō pūkenga – About you To be successful in this role you will have: Broad expertise across key HR disciplines including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and a strong understanding of New Zealand employment law. Proven experience partnering with senior leadership, effectively influencing and collaborating at the highest levels of the business. A history of contributing as a trusted member of leadership teams A track record of driving HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience. A proactive approach to HR interventions, anticipating challenges and delivering strategic solutions that support business goals.
