ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a commercially savvy, driven, and outcome-focused Senior People Partner to join our People Team in London. You’ll partner closely with our Trading & Central Services teams, shaping strategy and driving impact across Europe, North America, and APAC.
This isn’t a typical BAU role - it’s high visibility, high impact, and hands-on. You’ll own relationships with senior leaders, influence decision-making, and deliver meaningful change across the full employee lifecycle. From creating exceptional candidate and employee experiences to designing people solutions that drive performance and engagement, you’ll be at the centre of how we scale with clarity and care.
Working closely with our Fractional CPO and collaborating with People & Talent colleagues globally, you’ll play a key role in one of Walr’s most strategically important growth areas. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, loves solving complex challenges with structure and clarity, is data-driven, commercially minded, and deeply people-focused and wants to shape and elevate the People agenda on a global stage .
