Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Partner Specialist to join our HR team. This role plays a vital part in managing the day-to-day People Partner operations and supporting the business through P&O best practices. You will be responsible for handling hiring plans, contract management, investigations, exit interviews, and more. What You´ll Do Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Handle all aspects of the hiring process, including contracts, hiring documentation, and HRIS system updates Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Coordinate with the Shared Services team regarding social insurance, life insurance, and labor office audits Conduct regular store visits within your assigned area to address employee complaints, ensure compliance with company policies, and support overall employee relations Monitor and follow up on employee productivity and performance indicators Lead and conduct exit interviews and finalize all process for Full & Final Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy Support and assist in organizational changes, including restructuring and internal mobility Contribute to the development and execution of P&O programs and initiatives that align with business goals Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal P&O policies Follow up on the performance management cycle and ensure timely completion What Makes You a Good Fit Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of relevant HR experience HR Diploma is required Experience dealing with Labor Offices is a must Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information At Tasaheel, we believe that access to finance is not just a service—it’s a catalyst for transformation.
