Responsibilities
  • Support Singapore and Hong Kong team and customers with execution and administration of HR initiatives and processes to have the greatest CREW in the World.
  • Ensure that our team is made up of highly engaged, passionate and disciplined people who actively live the Cotton On Group values.
  • Contribute to the delivery of P&P goals, supporting the team to meet the P+P Delivery Plan.
  • Execute HR initiatives with a commercial mindset.
  • Collaborate with my customers to execute HR initiatives that drive people and function performance.
  • Provide general advice on HR practices and support them on dispute resolution.
  • Provide specialist support to advise and coach my customer and internal stakeholder on people management and processes.
  • Inspect compliance to local and industry legislation changes that impact COG’s people strategy and use my judgement to take action.
  • Supporting my customers with performance-led workforce planning to enable succession.
  • Support the delivery and execution of Group talent development and succession frameworks, enabling people to perform at their best
  • Conduct training and development programs for my customers.
  • Report on all major workplace issues and assist in creating People First solutions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of COG policies and industry trends.
