POSITION OVERVIEW:

The UK team has played a critical role in this evolution, now comprising over 150 employees and contractors. As we continue to scale, we are committed to ensuring a strong People function that supports our employees, enhances their experience, and enables business success.
As the People Partner UK, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and line managers within the region. Your role will cover the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout the employee life cycle.
You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, collaborating with various business functions and People teams to drive People initiatives, improve processes, and support leadership in fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce. To thrive in this position, you will need a deep understanding of our business, a strong alignment with Kpler’s culture, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization—proactively identifying and addressing challenges before they arise.
