In this role you would be serving Veikkaus International BU including subsidiary Fennica Gaming and Betting and iCasino BU. What would you find yourself involved in? In this role your tasks would focus on identifying and anticipating future competence and workforce needs and supporting managers in developing organization and task structures to streamline our operations. You would support management and leaders in diverse organizational and competence development issues, as well as change management and well-being matters. For you to succeed in this role you should not hesitate to take on challenges arising from changing business situations, and you want also to participate in the planning and practical implementation of development projects together with business. In addition, within your work you will support Veikkaus to internationalize our ways of working, HR practices and corporate culture. In your role, you report to the Head of People Culture and Development. You will work in close cooperation with business units´ line managers and leaders. Your work will be supported by a skilled and diverse group of HR experts. Expectations for You We expect you to have previously worked as an HR Business Partner, HR Director or in a demanding HR Manager role in fast paced business and an international environment. Preferably you have previous experience of rapid business transformations and organization and competence development. An applicable degree in HR, business or equivalent Insight into the building blocks of business-oriented HR and best practices in HR and change management. Bold, proactive, energetic, and innovative approach to work. Understanding customer orientation and agile development.
