Provide practical day-to-day advice across employee relations, performance, workforce planning, policy interpretation and people processes.
Support leaders and employees in unionised environments, including matters involving enterprise agreements, industry awards and employment obligations.
Coach managers with clear, balanced and commercially sensible guidance that helps them lead their teams with confidence.
Contribute to people initiatives that improve employee experience, team connection, culture, onboarding, engagement and continuous improvement.
Work closely with a collaborative People & Culture team based across Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia, that values teamwork, trust, humour and getting things done together.
