ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing and improving key people processes – everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our ways of working are not only standardized, but also user-friendly, efficient and In line with our culture and adds tangible value to the business.
You will play an important part in supporting our leaders with tools and guidance that make it easy for our managers to lead their teams, while creating a consistent and positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle. You will report to People & Culture Analytics & Experience manager.
