Are you passionate about uplifting the employee experience through engaging communications and content? We’re seeking an exceptional Communications Manager to join our Communications and Experience Team, focusing on People & Purpose communications. This role will be a 12-month fixed term contract.
If you’re passionate about storytelling, shaping narratives, and making a tangible impact, this role is your next challenge!
What will your typical day look like?
You will work closely with leaders and our team to design and cascade strategic communications to the businesses. This includes communications to support major transformation programs and people & purpose initiatives that help uplift the employee experience. This includes campaigns and programs about wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), learning, and reward, amongst others. Day to day, you will apply your strengths in stakeholder management, communications strategy and execution, project management, change communications, copywriting, storytelling, content creation and planning to bring our business strategies to life and engage our people through unique experiences.
About the team
The Internal Communications and Experience team uses storytelling and creative communications to elevate the Deloitte brand, with consistent communications across all internal channels.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
6+ years of communications and/or media relations experience
Excellent content creation, writing and communication skills
Experience in project management, coordinating communications across multiple teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
A strategic communicator who works deftly across all channels and platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality work to tight deadlines
Collaborative work style and adaptable growth mind set.
