Responsibilities

The People Relations Advisor plays a key role in building a positive, compliant, and engaged workplace at JD Sports. Partnering with managers and employees, you’ll provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, wellbeing, and compliance with policies and legislation.
You’ll coach leaders, support investigations, and deliver training while driving initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience.
This role suits someone people-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for fostering strong workplace relationships.
