In this role, you will manage and implement the Code of Discipline and Ethics (CODE) by ensuring adherence to the guidelines and where necessary carry out the relevant process to address and resolve all the issues in a timely and effective manner. What the role will entail Implementation of the Code of Discipline and Ethics and advises on questions pertaining to this policy and other HR policies Acts as Secretariat during administrative hearings and CODE Committee meetings; Prepares Memos and monitors timely service thereof to employees in relation to administrative cases; Writes Recommendations (from the CODE Hearing Committee and CODE Committee) for administrative cases Provides advice to managers, supervisors and staff regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws; Assists the Team Head in resolving grievances and conflicts between and/or among employees; Regularly reviews and monitors cases in the case tracker Prepares periodic reports to Risk, Compliance, BSP and DOLE; Assists the Team Head on DOLE Inspections, including coordination with the different business units for required documents/data and consolidates them for orderly submission to the regulatory body; Prepares Payroll advice in relation to the holding of salaries of employees who are placed on preventive suspension or on AWOL and ensures that the list of employees for withholding of salary are submitted to Payroll Team; Delivers training or presentation to New Hires and other employees for proper dissemination of the provisions of the Code of Discipline and Ethics What we're looking for Willing to work in BGC Taguig Education - College graduate, with a degree preferably in Psychology or any related course Knowledge and familiarity with labor laws and BSP regulations relevant to Human Resources Management Experience - Experience in Labor Relations and Counseling for at least 5 years Functional/Technical Skills - Good Writing and Verbal Communication Skills; Good interpersonal skills What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunities Competitive salary package and benefits Performance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individuals Opportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by them Defined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth
