Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, applicants, visitors and vendors while providing legendary customer service by assisting with questions and problems courteously and promptly
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information such as employee relations concerns, personal employee information and organizational changes
  • Effectively record, maintain and report human resource information
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Company’s benefit plans and assist in the Open Enrollment process
  • Support the hiring process from an administrative perspective, completing all required steps including creating and sending offer letters, submit and review background checks, and onboarding new employees
  • Gather and organize information for unemployment claims
  • Assist in the administration of the drug test program by maintaining and communicating drug test screening results to appropriate leaders
  • Respond to HR requests in ticket management system timely and effectively
  • Respond to employee related subpoenas
  • Support employees with timeclock/timesheet related issues and troubleshoot as needed
  • Research payroll related problems and liaise with the payroll team to ensure team members are paid correctly
  • Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to, preparing correspondence, forms and reports and processing confidential reports and documents
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
