Responsibilities

A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

As a People Service and Delivery Administrator, you’ll be part of a collaborative global team, supporting a wide range of people-related activities and helping to deliver a seamless employee experience. This role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to build expertise across multiple HR disciplines while making a meaningful impact on day-to-day operations. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and improving processes, this role is a great fit.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex onboarding and employee lifecycle transactions accurately and within service level agreements.
  • Supporting pre-employment screening checks to ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience.
  • Providing clear advice and guidance to employees and managers on policies and processes.
  • Identifying trends in system or process errors and contributing to solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with risk, audit, and data privacy controls across internal and third-party processes.
  • Delivering training on policies and procedures to new team members.
  • Building strong working relationships with Payroll, Employee Relations, and Business Partnering teams.
  • Communicating effectively with employees, managers, and candidates regarding the status of their queries.
  • Managing your own workload while remaining flexible to support across the wider People Services team.Reviewing and improving work processes to enhance outcomes for employees and managers.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?

You’re an experienced HR professional with a passion for delivering great service, solving problems, and supporting people across a global business. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you’ll support employees and managers while helping to improve processes and outcomes.

OTHER KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Solid HR administration experience with strong literacy and numerical skills. It would be advantageous if you had formal HR qualifications.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Exposure to one or more HR specialisms such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, or Learning & Development.
  • Strong business awareness and understanding of global employment law or regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and build strong working relationships.
  • Experience coaching and supporting junior team members and guiding employees/managers on HR systems and processes.
  • Confidence in making decisions and investigating complex matters to resolve employee queries.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and curious—able to tackle unfamiliar problems with initiative.
  • Willingness to provide training and support, with potential for matrix management in change initiatives or projects.
  • A bonus if you have additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin)
