Job Description Our well-known AI client is hiring two People Operations Specialists to join their People Services team within Data Solutions. This is a high-volume, operational role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys solving problems through process improvement and automation. You will serve as frontline support for employees, handling a large volume of tickets and requests daily while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. What you’ll do Manage high volume of People Services tickets in a Jira-based ticketing system Perform administrative tasks in Workday (HRIS) Execute data entry and spreadsheet-heavy operational work with extremely high accuracy Provide employee-facing support (internal customer service) Support onboarding workflows and contractor onboarding/offboarding as you ramp Identify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities using AI tools Take on additional operational projects based on team needs Qualifications 2-5 years of professional experience East Coast based (or clearly aligned to East Coast screening constraint) Startup and/or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred Extreme attention to detail and ability to move quickly with high accuracy Strong organizational skills and communication in a high-volume environment Comfort working extensively with spreadsheets and data sets Process improvement mindset and interest in automation/AI-enabled workflow improvements High-volume support experience (ticketing preferred) Demonstrated precision in repetitive operational work Comfort with spreadsheets and datasets Nice to have Workday experience Jira or similar ticketing system experience Greenhouse experience Prior People Ops / HR Ops background Strong customer service orientation Not a fit Profiles that rely on rigid, fully defined processes and slow operating cadence Candidates without meaningful startup or high-growth experience Candidates who prefer low-volume, project-only work over daily operational throughput Interview process 30 min with Hiring Manager (Allison) Two 30 min interviews with team members Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
