Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a People Services Advisor (6m FTC) to join our People Team, reporting to our People Services Senior Manager.
Your role will never be the same day to day -there will be fast turnarounds and new initiatives to add your personal touch to and you will gain exposure to every aspect of the People function; working with recruitment, HR partners, policy leads, and reward teams. You will be solution focused, ready to get involved and adapt as the business grows and matures. You will be based in our London HQ office, where you will be required to work in the office 3-days a week.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own our people data; you will maintain our HR systems ensuring we have accurate information at our fingertips
  • Support on new projects and initiatives to elevate our processes
  • Review current processes and implement changes - always challenging the status quo to provide a world-class people function.
  • Support our HR Advisory team with Employee Relations cases, advising our managers on people issues.
  • Provide HR administration support and advice to employees and managers
  • Explain policies and processes in a clear manner, ensuring compliance in all areas
