Treetops Hospice provides palliative Wellbeing, Hospice at Home and Bereavement services to adults living in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
This is a rare opportunity to gain or develop experience in a people management by joining a small team in this varied and interesting role.
The duties include mainly clerical duties and assisting the development and delivery of People Services processes and procedures.

• To work with Senior HR administrator, Volunteer Support Co-ordinator and Training Administrator to monitor workload, progress current initiatives and agree departmental priorities with the DPC.
• Assume responsibility attending, advising on and minuting low risk People issues.
  You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, be computer literate (Microsoft 365) and be able to multi-task and prioritise demands. You will have experience of working accurately to deadlines in a busy environment and be able to demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  Previous experience of dealing with HR/Volunteer administration is required, as is experience of database input; hands on experience of dealing with people issues either in an HR/Volunteer or a line management capacity would also be an advantage.
  We are looking for someone to start asap until the end of the year.
