• Respond to first-line P&C queries from employees, escalating complex cases where necessary. • Maintain and update employee records in P&C systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of P&C correspondence, including contracts and policy updates.
• Support the administration of the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding processes.
• Coordinate P&C case documentation and track case progress.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations in handling employee information.
• Provide administrative support for P&C-related projects and initiatives.
• Assist in compiling reports on P&C queries and service request trends for internal review.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and escalate complex issues where necessary.
• Work closely with P&C and Finance teams to process payroll changes.
