Requirements • Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED • Degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field • Minimum 7 years progressive HR leadership experience REQUIRED • Experience leading HR functions across employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management REQUIRED • Experience supervising HR staff REQUIRED • Experience managing investigations and employee relations issues REQUIRED • Experience advising senior leadership teams REQUIRED • Experience managing HR operations and compliance functions REQUIRED • Strong communication, coaching, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills REQUIRED • Acute care hospital HR experience strongly preferred • Union/labor relations experience strongly preferred • HR certification preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR • Rural healthcare or multi-union environment experience preferred Not ready to formally apply?
