EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate or master’s degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience
  • Strong English language knowledge (min. B2-C1) is a must & knowledge of other European language is welcome
  • First hands on experience in a HR Services role preferably in an international multicultural environment

SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Broad understanding on HR processes (advantageous)
  • Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc.)
  • Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills
  • Relevant experience in global mobility management
  • Proficient knowledge on statutory and legal regulations is required
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday & ServiceNow (advantageous), Assignment Pro
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (essential) undefined
  • Self-motivated & result-driven, with a strong ambition and commitment to delivering high quality services
  • Strong customer centricity & ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HR front line teams with an end-to-end mindset

EDUCATION

  • Graduate or master’s degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor the E2E (end to end) international permanent transfer (IPT) and local foreign hire activity (LFH) in the defined geographies as responsible of this activity acting as a project manager
  • Pilot actively the relationship with a wide range of stakeholders (employees, People and Culture, People Services captive and local, dedicated vendors, legal representatives)
  • Monitor and track the work permit expirations and conduct necessary actions with relevant providers
  • Monitor, track and register the end-to-end life of the cases (tracker)
  • Identify, address operational issues/gaps and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
  • Help ensure knowledge databases (DTP, manual, articles…) are updated; knowledge transfer occurs up/down streams
  • Monitor operational KPIs and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
  • Provide Level 2 support for these sub-processes /Manage direct queries from employees via ticket and propose expertise
  • Contribute to projects related to IPT & LFH
  • Drive continuous improvement proactively making proposals in relation to development of processes in his/her scope
  • Participate in training/meeting to share info/knowledge with users/stakeholders
