EXPERIENCE

  • First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
  • Broad understanding of HR processes and activities

SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday
  • Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow)
  • User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
  • Good communication skills, attentive to customer needs & feedback
  • Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial

EDUCATION

  • Graduate or master’s degree with HR or business administration
Responsibilities
  • Create employee contracts, oversee and complete all required steps of the hiring process, coordinate with different stakeholders to provide an efficient and seamless onboarding experience
  • Manage the employee job change process in Workday and related systems
  • Administer termination activities, ensure smooth & compliant off-boarding
  • Ensure all systems are up to date throughout the entire lifecycle of the employee
  • Manage all documents related to people life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)
  • Provide general support on employee related questions (Level 1) and be engaged in the Customer Service process in Service Now
  • Handle direct queries from employees via phone calls
  • Address operational issues, investigate and follow up to resolution in an effective and timely manner
  • Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies relevant guidelines, including GDPR and Spanish and Portuguese labor laws
  • Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
  • Participate in local /global projects, contributing to the implementation of new initiatives
  • Train & support new joiners and existing team members (if required)
