How you’ll contribute Under the guidance and direction of the People Services Director, the People Services Generalist is responsible for enhancing department functions by planning, implementing and developing training, onboarding, and employee orientation programs, the administration of employee benefits, payroll administration, and answer employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies and procedures.
