As People Services Generalist within our People Services Team, you’ll manage HR queries from employees across North America.

• Manage HR queries from employees.
• Use the case management tool to report each case and track progress toward resolution.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and tickets from employees regarding HR issues.
• Provide customer service to employees, primarily on HR services queries, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist in writing knowledge articles based on provided process content.
• Identify process improvement opportunities by eliminating redundant activities.

About you

• Experience: Previous experience in HR or contact center positions.
• Soft skills: Assertive communication, resilience to frustration, internal client management and teamwork.
• Technical skills: Workday knowledge (plus).
• Languages: English intermediate advanced.
