About the role: As a People Services Intern, you will support the APAC People Services team in delivering high-quality HR operations and employee lifecycle services. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes, systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), and regional service delivery models. You’ll work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain insights into compliance, data management, and employee experience initiatives. Key responsibilities: Assist in processing employee data changes in Workday and ServiceNow, including personal details, organizational movements, and documentation validation Support the resolution of employee queries and service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Participate in HR operations projects such as process mapping, service catalogue updates, and compliance tracking Help prepare communication materials and training guides for new HR processes and system. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions. Attend team meetings and shadow People Services Specialists to understand end-to-end service delivery. Key Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proficient in MS Office Suite, i.e..
