As [Job Title] within our [Team Name], you will be responsible for the control, monitoring, and correct execution of the People Services core models, ensuring a One Sanofi, best-in-class service for our employees. The PS Generalist Junior will ensure that the procedures listed below and related to ELC area are executed within the due legal framework and Sanofi’s corporate policies, ensuring that processes are perform and deliver under an adequate environment of control and segregation of duties, minimizing the risks associated.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years in People Services or HR, managing payroll, employee data, and compliance processes.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, effective and assertive communication, customer service oriented.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficient in HR tools (e.g., Workday, One Support) and data management.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:

  • On/Off boarding: Ensuring compliance and due implementation of the Company core model and policies, applying mandatory internal controls for both direct and outsourced personnel.
  • Benefits Administration: Managing of the benefits program, following the proper guidelines and legal regulations. Ensuring the reconciliation of monthly billing vs. accounting and payroll.
  • Various Employee Requests: Certifications, affiliations, etc.
  • Billing for People Services: Ensuring correct and timely billing of benefits such as prepaid medicine, life insurance, food vouchers, defined by R&D.
  • Personnel File archive: Ensuring the proper maintenance of personnel data files not only in organization but also in the quality of information, in both digital and physical formats.
  • IPT: Support the implementation of global policy guidelines guaranteeing a best-in-class experience for foreigners arriving in the country and Colombians promoted to positions abroad.
  • Reporting Payroll Updates: Timely reporting of updates that affect payroll.
  • Employee Support and Advice: Core PS topics through One Support platform
  • Coordination with All Involved Areas: Timely and assertive delivery of information requests from Governmental or External Entities.
  • Compliance with Service Level Agreements: With different internal stakeholders.
  • Information and data Security Protocols: Due backup personal data, use of the Company’s encryption tools for information management, permanent update of the area’s SharePoint.
  • Reporting derived from the PS Core Model.
  • Compliance, Follow-up, and Quarterly Documentation: Of the Company’s mandatory global internal controls.
  • Data Management: Support employee data management.
  • Support testing of new functionality: implementations of Workday and Provide support for EIB (i.e., mass uploads).
