Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT About this role: The People Services Junior Analyst provides essential support to the HR Operations team, managing daily tasks related to HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), HR and payroll processes, and compliance documentation. This role supports data accuracy, adherence to HR policies, and assists in optimizing HR workflows across the company. Accountabilities: Coordinate and maintain HR operations processes, including data entry and maintenance within Workday, SAP and payroll systems. Support compliance by managing employee records, preparing documentation, and conducting regular audits. Assist with employee inquiries related to payroll, HRIS, and end-to-end HR operational processes. Collaborate with HR team members to resolve process issues and improve efficiency. Ensure accurate and timely processing of data updates, payroll submissions, and benefits information. Support training sessions and resource creation to assist employees with HR systems and self-service tools. Skills and Experience: Completion of some formal training or equivalent experience within human resources. Working knowledge of common processes and practices within the HR Operations function. Good knowledge of processes and procedures within a team(s). Intermediate understanding/awareness of related activities and operations of the team(s). Communication used to exchange technical or factual information with colleagues. Performs essential support / administrative / operational tasks to support the team in day-to-day operations. Work is generally under supervision, but an experienced incumbent may be able to operate independently and only seek guidance on complex issues. Able to convey and exchange information to answer staff queries and provide support.
