About the role As a People Services Officer, you’ll deliver responsive and effective support to employees, managers and internal stakeholders across a range of people processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth workforce administration, maintaining compliance and contributing to a positive employee experience across the organisation. What you’ll be doing Administering key employment lifecycle processes including contracts, onboarding and compliance checks Providing timely, accurate and professional support to employees and managers Acting as a first point of contact for People Services queries Escalating complex matters where appropriate Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy Supporting consistent and compliant people processes Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and service delivery enhancements This is a permanent, full time position and the salary is $80,000 including Superannuation. Click here to view the full position profile. Qualifications About you You are organised, customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. You bring strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in HR and people operations.
