SUMMARY
The HR Solutions Director will be responsible for overall strategy and execution of HR Solutions to include compensation, benefits, and HR operations. You’ll be an integral part of the HR Leadership Team working in close partnership to continually improve and develop these strategies. Your understanding of our business will be essential to being a thought leader on how to deliver a valued employee experience. It will be your role to balance long-term planning with the ability to create practical, scalable and actionable plans that are understood by all stakeholders. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done.
TYPICAL EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
10+ years related experience and/or training
Provide deep expertise in overall HR Shared Services: compensation, benefits, payroll operations, vendor management and policies/compliance.
Build positive relationships and partners with key stakeholders across the organization to identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for shared services process improvement. Ensure alignment with other Talent Success strategies and initiatives.
Partner with HRIS Run State team in analytics and reporting for Talent analysis, ensuring data integrity, developing and managing dashboards, completing ad-hoc analyses, and evolving approaches based on customer feedback.
Ensure process documentation, workflows, SLAs are captured and optimized across the HR Shared Services team.
Manage global compliance requirements, partnering with Legal and People and Talent teams. Proactively stay abreast of changing laws and regulations to ensure company compliance with the laws where we do business and expand our business.
