EDUCATION

  • Graduate or master’s degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience
Responsibilities
  • Administer and handle HR activities, such as hiring, onboarding, termination and offboarding activities in compliance with Sanofi policies & local labour laws
  • Provide general support & expertise to business & stakeholders on a wide range of HR related topics, such as absences, benefits, talent & performance, HR tools & learning
  • Participate in various projects as Subject Matter Expert, ensuring necessary support is provided as agreed during the project planning
  • Assist in the transition of end-to-end HR processes by working closely with the local colleagues and providing necessary support to ensure smooth knowledge transfer
  • Be role model for junior team members
  • Provide general support on employee related questions, also handle direct queries from employees via phone calls and ticketing system
  • Take the lead in managing end-to-end initiatives
  • Have strong understanding of and master in-scope processes in given supported area
  • Keep up to date with supported region’s employment laws and ensure organizational compliance
  • Work closely with other departments to align HR initiatives with business needs
  • Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
  • Identify issues, analyze root causes, propose and implement improvement actions
  • Update country manual, work instructions and SOPs as new cases and information may arise
  • Train & support new joiners and existing team members (if required)
