Job Description People Services is the heart of operational HR support at H&M. We provide fast, consistent, and high-quality service to managers, employees, and HR teams through harmonized and digital processes. As a People Services Specialist, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that continuously evolves to meet the needs of our business. It is a hands-on role focused on delivering first-line HR support through case management and administrative processes. This is a temporary role covering a parental leave, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in a global HR environment and contribute to impactful work. Key Responsibilities: Handle HR-related requests in our case management system (ServiceNow) with accuracy and efficiency. Provide proactive support and solutions with a customer-centric mindset. Collaborate on complex cases and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact. Stay updated on relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines. Focus on continuous improvement, compliance, and user experience. Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements. Qualifications We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about service excellence. You’re a problem solver with an eye for details and a holistic understanding of HR operations. To succeed in this role, you bring: Experience in HR, preferably within a shared services or operational HR setting. Knowledge of Swedish labour law, collective agreements, and company policies. A service-minded approach and understanding of how HR operations support business outcomes. Experience with HR systems and administrative processes. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English. A curious mindset—you enjoy exploring new ways of working, asking questions, and continuously learning to improve how we deliver services. Bonus points if you have: Experience in Mobility and/or Payroll. Familiarity with SAP and ServiceNow.
