Why This Role Matters: The People Services Specialist will drive data entry and quality in the Workday HCM system for the Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) Asia business segment. They are the first point of contact (Tier 1) for service requests and are responsible for delivering world-class customer service to current and former MVH Asia Associates for transactional questions and inquiries related to Workday Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation. The People Services Specialist will also participate in People & Organization (P&O) systems related projects including testing and troubleshooting. You Will: Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team. Review, track, and approve all new hire and Associate data transactions ensuring data accuracy and compliance with MVH policies and employment laws; coordinate and track all new hire onboarding tasks, partnering with candidates, field leadership, and recruiters, to ensure smooth onboarding experiences and compliance with applicable policies (e.g., licensing, coaching, etc.). Complete system transactions that occur through Workday manager and employee self-service, and review to ensure accuracy and data integrity for tasks completed. Execute audits for data accuracy, correcting data as needed and raising issues for further research to Tier 2 Business Unit Support & Continuous Improvement (BUSCI) Analysts. Maintain and prioritize ServiceNow tickets to facilitate efficient transmission of requests, checking team inbox daily to complete or distribute incoming work as needed. Collaborate with other P&O teams and business units to support Associate data maintenance in Workday. Partner with MVH People Data Management & Services (PDMS) and People System & Solutions (PSS) teams to enhance the Workday experience for Associates. May occasionally require working outside regular business hours. Other duties as assigned Salary Range: 80,000 – 120,000 SGD Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
