People Services Specialist Provide HR Administration service including HR documents and HR reports preparation as well as updating HR system (Workday) across all HR processes and business units in a service center environment to ensure data accuracy and that entries are updated for payroll and benefits Handle and reply to HR queries via Service Now system. Be responsible for updating employee’s file in archive Cooperate with managers, HR BP’s and vendors for any HR related matters Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction are achieved Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes Implement new policies and ensure that Work Instructions are up to date Why you? Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a combination of education and/or work experience Fluency in German and English is required Experience in delivering exceptional customer service Must have attentive listening skills and high attention to detail Good prioritization: Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Capability to problem solving and analyze data Ability to maintain confidentiality Proven experience working in HR teams, with a strong focus on HR administration, service delivery, and process improvement Advanced user in Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Experience in working with Human Resource systems (Workday and Service Now preferred) Opportunities for growth We want Haleon to be a place where we feel like we are always progressing.
