EXPERIENCE

  • Several years of experience in HR functions, which could include Hire, Benefits administration, Payroll/Payment processing, employee relations, query management, exit management, preferably in an international multicultural environment
  • Team or process supervision in a Business Services environment is desirable

SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and processes
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and structure the tasks for oneself and direct reports
  • Action oriented, delivery driven, change agent
  • Lead by example to deliver high quality service, keeping customer satisfaction a top priority
  • Participate on trainings, study professional publications, make personal contact, set up benchmark goals, participate in professional community
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HR front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
  • Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR, etc.)
  • Attentive to detail and works with precision
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday & ServiceNow, SAP
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel

EDUCATION

  • Graduate or master’s degree is required, ideally in the field of HR, business administration, psychology or economics
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of country-specific HR Operations tasks, such as creation of employee contracts, management of business processes within the employee lifecycle scope (Hire, Job change, Termination & On- and Offboarding), alongside with the management of query handling activities, according to their agreed service levels
  • Operationally contributes to the achievement of the goals as required
  • Monitor operational KPIs and data quality level to pro-actively manage execution & take pro-active measures if required
  • Contribute to Regional and MCO level performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance of processes, transactions and reports with Sanofi policies and guidelines
  • Shape and promote a culture of collaboration, trust, and teamwork, throughout the team through leadership and effective communication
  • Assist in the transition of processes by supporting Senior / SME Team members and build stakeholder relationship with People Services, People & Culture and other involved parties as required
  • Make sure that necessary resources are available as needed for the new scope in alignment with transition plan and support sourcing of new colleagues, making recruitment decisions
  • Supervise and coach the team
